Job Description
- Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
limits; follow up to ensure resolution. - Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
Required Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Undergraduate both can apply.
- Must be comfortable with rotational shifts with transport allowance .
- Must be comfortable with WORK FROM OFFICE.
- Excellent English communication is required.
- Shifts – Rotational Shifts/Rotational Week offs
- Working Days – 6 Days
