- Liaison with Employee Pension Fund Offices.
- Co-ordination with various divisions for completion of EPS transfer of employees.
- Offline Employee Pension form processing for cases prior to 2014 settlements.
- Settlement Processing.
- Processing of Pensions.
- Private Trust return related activities.
- Income Tax filling related activities.
- Processing of Mediclaim.
- Handling Payroll related employee grievances.
