Job description :-
1. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements on standalone and consolidated basis and audit of financial statements in accordance with INDAS and preparation of annual report.
2. Sound knowledge of IGAAP and INDAS accounting standards.
3. Good in building and implementation of process, systems and controls.
4. Reviewing efficiency of internal controls over financial reporting.
5. Hands on experience on handling of various external and statutory auditors.
6. Candidate should have experience of working in SAP environment.
7. General Ledger scrutiny for monthly closing activities.
8. Compliance of regulatory requirements w.r.t the Companies Act.
9. Monthly MIS reporting to the management and variance explanation with the previous and budgeted period.
10. Identification of the cost opportunities and drive the cost optimisation project.
