Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and insightful presentations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide analytical support for productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with onshore finance teams to align on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
  • Deep-dive into financial data to identify variances, propose solutions, and become a subject matter expert.
  • Identify business challenges and implement actionable solutions to drive improvements.
  • Work on corporate projects and initiatives impacting the entire organization.
  • Research and analyze variances in forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for operational and financial enhancements.

Other Skills/Preferences

  • Good understanding of insurance brokerage business
  • Valid Indian Passport with at least one year remaining before expiry
  • Candidates with existing US Visa and/or UK Visa will be preferred (at least one year remaining)
  • Willingness to travel for short and long term durations as per the requirement(s)
  • Leadership skills and ability to work with multiple teams
  • Ability to forge meaningful and well-established relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Must be able to work with the onshore team to understand and transition various processes
  • Must possess analytical skills to filter, prioritize, analyze and validate information and an ability to solve complex business problems
  • Must be able to identify and resolve issues/risks in a dynamic work-environment
