Partners of ASBS & Co. and Prem Chand Jain & Co., (overall strength of 170 plus people) working on common areas of Work, with a team of Dynamic Chartered Accountants & Para Professional, catering in various Learning/Revenue Generating Segments of Professional Services viz;
- Risk Consultancy
- Due Diligence
- Forensic audit and Forex audit
- Portfolio analysis, departmental level analysis
- Process Audit, Process Enhancement & Gap Analysis, Reviews, Improvisations.
- Concurrent Audit | Stock Audit etc.
- Facilitating as a Credit Arm (Personal Discussion) for Banks/NBFC/HFC/FI.
- Unit Inspection | Collateral Inspection
- Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) for Loans.
- Direct & Indirect Taxation
- Management & Operational Consultancy
- Secretarial Services, Account related Services
- The range of clientele includes Large Private Sector Banks, NBFC, FI, Tele-com Companies, along with SME Clients.
Required Skills Pre-requisite for the Candidate;
- Working knowledge in MS-Office, Tally.
- Consultative mind-set
- Good Communication Skills
- Learning Attitude
