- Identification of vendors ,Co-ordination with all the vendors for quotes and preparing comparative statement for negotiation and initiating negotiations for best rates for desired destinations. And making contracts for both ambient and reefer movements Freight cost management Controlling freight cost within the approved limits Internal- Customer Coordination Report and coordination- Daily dispatch report, Insurance and Coordination at Critical times. Backend operation for other fruits Booking of purchase and sales in SAP of all non HP fruits except imports Insurance process follow ups as specified Managing Operation of co-Reefer vans with profit Operating the reefer vans for transporting apple from CA facilities in HP during seseason & other cargo for reverse loads during no loads from AAFL Managing effectively the logistics from ex-delhi to all markets
