Job Description
The Security Operations Lead will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of site security operations at the Gwalior facility. The role involves ensuring effective implementation of security policies, supervising security teams, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of vigilance and compliance. The position requires strong leadership skills, operational discipline, and the ability to handle critical situations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day security operations at the site in line with approved security policies and standard operating procedures
- Supervise and guide security personnel to ensure operational readiness and discipline
- Monitor access control, surveillance systems, and physical security arrangements
- Coordinate with site leadership on intelligence, vigilance, and risk mitigation activities
- Act as a key responder during security incidents, emergencies, or crisis situations
- Ensure compliance with statutory security requirements and internal audit standards
- Support continuous improvement of security processes and operational effectiveness
