Job Description
The Senior Manager Finance role focuses on driving financial planning, analysis, and control activities to support business decision making. The role involves close collaboration with business leaders, managing financial performance, ensuring strong governance, and contributing to strategic initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Provide business finance support and insights to leadership teams
- Analyze financial performance and track key metrics and variances
- Support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and business cases
- Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with internal policies
- Partner with cross functional teams to drive profitability and efficiency
- Support audits, reviews, and senior management reporting
Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Experience in business finance or FP&A roles
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial models
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
