Roles and Responsibilities
- Trails upload on every field visit done/ interaction with the Customer.
- Payment process: Ensure cash collected is deposited on time.
- All customer complaints are address on time.
- Ensure settlement are raised on time.
- Escalating fraudulent cases to immediate manager.
- Co-ordination with Service team for resolution of customer issues, if any.
- Collections code of conduct to be strictly adhered.
- Promoting online payments
