Job Description and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Financial accounting and systems exposure ( SAP , Infor_LN )
- MIS preparation
- Product Costing
- Compliance of Cost Audit & Record Rules under the Companies Act 2013
- Compliance of schedules for Statutory and Tax Audit
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely collection & analysis of standard data viz Bill of Material, Labour Cost and Manufacturing Overheads for each product family and segment.
- Calculation of capacity utilization of machinery, manpower, etc. and highlighting other operational metrics.
- Ensure reporting, discussion, and closure of issues in a time bound manner.
- Ensure Monthly analysis of Sales variance w.r.t plan & previous years & its impact on variable cost & Contribution.
- Simulation of Sales, variable cost & contribution based on the monthly sales quantity projections given by Marketing
- SKU wise profitability analysis on monthly basis
- Ensure analysis of costs behavior pattern and its trend and projection of future cost for annual and strategic business plan.
- Ensure analysis of fixed costs and breakeven sales for each segment and product family.
- Ensure analysis, audit facilitation and submission of CAS-4 certificate for Cost of production.
- Ensure Monthly working of transfer pricing for internal customer.
- Ensure timely finalization & Submission of cost audit reports as per the Cost accounting standards & cost audit rules before deadline.
- Analysis for general ledger assigned.
- Preparation of Monthly schedules for Statutory & Tax audit
