Job Description/Skills Required:
- The Position requires collating information (input) from cross functional team in relation to Budget/ Estimates & Strategic Plans, Analyze the data & understand the drivers for variances before compiling & integrating the same into P & L/ Balance Sheet.
- Analyze monthly actual performance against the budgets, take up with stake holders on deviation for capturing the same in monthly performance.
- Understanding the Revenue/Cost components to ensure completeness & accuracy in Budgeting process and find and highlight opportunities to improve profitability
- Preparing Navision data in defined structure for Monthly Analysis vs. Budget /Estimate/LY
- Supporting in preparation of Monthly CEO Flash Call and other presentation
- Business partnering and support other functions on providing inputs / insights
- Reviewing the inputs for Cost of Production/Bottle Cost/Logistics Cost & Capex for the purpose of Budget & Estimate Preparation.
- Preparing and analyze revenue and selling general and admin cost vs. Budget /Estimate/LY
- Drive Operating cost management (OCM)
- Owning the above cost heads in all respect in relation to Hyperion (HFM) reporting of Budget/Estimate to region & Monthly reporting of variances/Trend reports to Internal customers
- Reviewing new projects/ business proposals.
