Job Description
The Financial Accounting Associate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, financial close activities, and preparation of financial statements. The role involves ensuring accuracy of accounting records, performing reconciliations, and supporting regulatory and internal reporting requirements. The position requires strong analytical ability and a good understanding of accounting standards.
Responsibilities
Performing daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
Preparing and reviewing journal entries
Supporting month end and quarter end close processes
Performing balance sheet and account reconciliations
Assisting in preparation of financial statements and reports
Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Supporting internal and external audit requirements
Maintaining accurate accounting documentation and records

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Experience in financial accounting and reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Understanding of reconciliations and general ledger accounting
Knowledge of internal controls and compliance requirements
