Job Description
The Leveraged Finance Underwriting Senior Vice President will play a key role in evaluating, structuring, and underwriting leveraged finance transactions. The role involves working closely with relationship managers, risk teams, and senior stakeholders to assess credit risk, prepare underwriting materials, and support execution of complex financing transactions.
Responsibilities
- Lead credit analysis and underwriting for leveraged finance transactions
- Evaluate financial performance, cash flows, and capital structures of borrowers
- Prepare and review credit approval memorandums and underwriting documentation
- Coordinate with risk, legal, and coverage teams during deal execution
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify potential risks
- Support senior management with insights on market trends and deal structures
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements
