Job Description

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the complete finance function of the hospital, including budgeting, accounting, compliance, and financial reporting. The role involves close coordination with hospital operations, leadership teams, and auditors to ensure strong financial controls, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance. Candidates must have hands-on experience in healthcare or hospital finance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage hospital accounting, financial reporting, and monthly closing activities
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
  • Monitor hospital revenue, expenses, and cost control measures
  • Ensure statutory compliance including taxation, audits, and regulatory reporting
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and reviews
  • Support management with financial analysis and decision-making inputs
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to organizational policies
