Job Description and Responsibilities

To lead and co-ordinate all strategic & financial plans; Devise business targets, deploy targets & drive financial performance (Gross margin) by delivering timely high quality analytics and insights
Managing month end closing, quarterly & annual Forecasting along with review discussions with functional leads.
Lead in driving ZBB (Zero Based Budgeting) mind-set. Build savings targets for total supply chain costs for the year.
Oversee and review verification of key saving projects execution.
Prepare business cases for future investments & drive post-launch capex evaluations for the category.
Ensure controls in place and functioning for costing, pricing, Inventory accounting, FA capitalisation, Accruals.
Ensure non-financial controls are managed according to Unilever standards.
Driving Cost to serve analysis leading to GM improvements: Drive interventions especially in material & non-material supply chain costs (production & logistics).
Support and partner with the factory teams in new financial modelling & competitor benchmarking.
Provide inputs on automation and process improvement opportunities for the function.

Experience Required:

Qualified Chartered Accountant / CMA /MBA
1 – 6 years of relevant finance work experience
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
High accountability and ownership
Passion for high performance to drive and continuously improve the process.
