Job Description and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced Service Delivery Leader to oversee our accounting and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in General Ledger Accounting, Inventory accounting and Intercompany accounting, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing these processes. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial regulations, and the ability to drive process improvements.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead and manage the team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee inventory accounting processes, including valuation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Manage intercompany accounting activities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal policies.
- Implement and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices in inventory and intercompany accounting.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Qualified CA or CMA with 15-20 years of experience in accounting and reporting, with a focus on inventory accounting and intercompany accounting.
- Proven leadership experience of 8-10 years in managing accounting teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
