Job Description and Responsibilities
To play the role of an Executive responsible for Fixed Assets Management functions for our client.
Responsibilities
- Handling the end to end material management (consumable and assets both) from asset receipt till disposal of assets
- Physical verification, allocation, tagging, invoice verification, checking the physical damages of the assets
- Handing over the material after the GRN and capitalization based on the nature of the material
- Collection, bonding support and storage of the fixed assets.
- Verification of the asset invoice and classification based on the nature of the asset
- Capitalizing, cost center transfer and value apportionment based on the PO values
- Monthly depreciation posting, unplanned depreciation calculation and posting, disposal of assets, recovery of lost and damaged assets from vendor, insurance claim
- Supporting the ICS and internal auditing as per the audit guidelines
- Preparation of FAR, Loss and sale Value, addition, deletion reports for auditing
- Handling the end to end physical verification process as per the fixed assets guidelines
- Ensuring the compliant handling and transparent process of asset related information/Data
- Investment report preparation, forecast depreciation report preparation, MIS preparation and presentation
